The fourth annual Earth Hour is today March 27, 2010. Across the planet buildings, bridges, and non-essential lights in more than 120 countries will turn off. Earth Hour sends a clear message that we can all be Green2gether and find ways for living in harmony with our planet.
This event is not just for governments or organizations to participate in, everyone can participate by switching off your lights on March 27th at 8:30 p.m. local time. While burning candles it is a good time to reflect and think about how fragile our planet is and how we need to not take the resourses Earth provides for granted.
Earth Hour is almost like a prelude to Earth Day coming this April 22nd which will represent the 40th anniversary of this special day.
