Okay, okay, so maybe not always. But the simple things you can do around your house, most of those also save you money, don’t they? I think if more people knew that, more people - even people who don’t care about the environment, global warming or saving the animals - would take the time to try to be a little more environmentally-friendly.
Being greener and cheaper can be as simple as turning off the water when you brush your teeth - or reusing something free. When you receive a package in the mail, instead of throwing away the box and packing materials and then buying new stuff when you need to ship something out, why not keep those things and reuse them for the next package you send out? If you’re planning to purchase a new furnace or water heater, installing energy-saving appliances in your home can get you a tax break.
If you’d like more ideas on how to be green (and cheap!), check out this helpful list (compiled by yours truly). When you think about all the ways that being Green can save you money, it really makes no sense not to do it, whether you’re an individual or business.

has anyone out there tried zumbox? it’s a way of turning your tree mail into e-mail.

A couple of friends are using zumbox as opposed to
learning how to use a computer. Terrific way for them
to see the grandkids and receive those precious love
notes from family.
I have to agree with all of the ways you mentioned to save money as that is the theme of my blog
There are definitely tons of way we can reduce our impact on the environment and save money in the process.
