On June 30th, some heating and cooling incentives in New Jersey will be gone. Victims of Hurricane Sandy were offered these special incentives to purchase efficient heating and cooling units for their homes and these incentives will be phased out at the end of the month.

Those impacted by Hurricane Sandy that reside within a zip code designated as a “major” or “minor” damaged area were offered these incentives for high efficiency equipment and appliances. These incentives are available for purchases made on or after October 29, 2012 through June 30, 2013 on qualifying equipment.
